Do I need to change my code?

No. DX Router speaks the OpenAI API format, so any OpenAI SDK or compatible library works. Point the base URL at DX Router, use your DX Router key, and call any model by name.

How am I billed?

Usage is metered per request and charged to the card on your account. The console shows an itemised ledger of every charge, broken down by app and by key.

Can I separate usage by product or client?

Yes. Create an app for each product or client and issue keys under it. Usage, cost and limits are tracked per app and per key.

What happens when a provider goes down?

Add a fallbacks list to your request. If the first model fails or is rate-limited, DX Router retries the next one automatically and returns the first successful response.

Who can use DX Router?

Accounts are set up by invitation. Request access and we'll get your organisation onboarded with its first app and keys.
